On behalf of our Client, a local office of an international financial services company, we are currently seeking for a Part time Corporate Administrator.

• Support management and delivery of quality corporate and compliance administrative services
• Act as Secretary or Assistant Secretary to companies as required
• Liaise with relevant internal and external stakeholders
• Convening Board meetings, recording and drafting minutes
• Ensure company records and policies are current
• Establish and maintain corporate filing system
• Providing general assistance and corporate support to local MD
• General administrative support and office management

• Minimum of 5 years work experience as corporate administrator or assistant in a similar role
• Exposure to fund and trust industry
• Good understanding and interested in global financial markets
• Goal oriented with a high focus on details and quality
• Flexible and process oriented mind set
• Proficiency in MS office
• Strong service attitude
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a small, global team.
