Nephila Capital Ltd. is looking to hire a Microsoft Dynamics GP specialist to assist them in expanding their implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and FRX across their portfolio of companies. The successful candidate will assist the financial team in the implementation and migration onto Microsoft Dynamics GP and will then support the on-going maintenance of the Microsoft Dynamics installation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, manage and execute the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP
• Assist in the development of business requirements and the ability to provide software solutions to meet those requirements
• Work closely with the operations team to identify, analyze, and translate requirements into specifications
• Document specifications and modifications to facilitate the Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation
• Identify Microsoft Dynamics GP suggestions that will compliment the overall business objectives
• Provide assistance, guidance and support of Microsoft Dynamics GP to other group of companies
• Train operations team members to improve their capabilities in using Microsoft Dynamics GP
Minimum Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• 3 years hands on experience with Dynamics GP implementation as well as Configuration and Integration Manager
• 3 years of accounting & financial systems experience
• Bachelor degree in a related discipline or a professional accounting designation an asset
• Microsoft dynamics certification an asset
• Demonstrated experience with SQL 2005
• Demonstrated ability to plan, manage and execute the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics and knowledge of the full software implementation lifecycle
• Experience with system conversion/migration, company consolidation and FRx reporting
• Thorough knowledge of installing, configuring, supporting, and documenting technology installations for Microsoft Dynamics and FRx
• Strong analytical skills to develop and interpret system solutions
• Must be an excellent problem solver with the ability to work with little or no supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a multifunctional team environment
• Excellent interpersonal & time management skills
• Ability to work with minimum of supervision and guidance
